Product Warranty

Offshore Yachts Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) that our fiberglass boats and boat designs (the “products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery (the “warranty period”). This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

What does this warranty cover?
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any structural hull parts manufactured by us that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover any other parts or components of the products, such as engines, propellers, electronics, or accessories, that are not manufactured by us or that carry their own individual warranties from their respective manufacturers or suppliers.

What will we do to correct problems?
If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship in any of the products covered by this warranty during the warranty period, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the discovery and provide us with proof of purchase and the serial number of the product. You must also return the defective product to us, at your expense, to the address specified by us. We will inspect the product and, if we determine that it is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace it, at our option, and return it to you, at our expense, within a reasonable time. We may use new or refurbished parts or products to fulfill our obligations under this warranty.

How long does the coverage last?
This warranty lasts for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the product to you. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any damage, loss, or liability arising from or related to:

- Normal wear and tear, deterioration, or aging of the product or its parts
- Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage of the product or its parts
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, modification, or tampering of the product or its parts
- Exposure to extreme weather, environmental, or marine conditions, such as salt water, corrosion, mold, or fungus
- Acts of God, such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or storm
- Theft, vandalism, or malicious damage of the product or its parts
- Use of the product for commercial, rental, or competitive purposes
- Use of the product in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or instructions
- Any service or repair performed by anyone other than us or our authorized service providers

What are your responsibilities?
To obtain service under this warranty, you must:

- Follow the instructions and recommendations in the user manual and other documentation provided with the product
- Keep the original proof of purchase and the serial number of the product
- Notify us in writing of any defect within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days of its discovery
- Return the defective product to us, at your expense, to the address specified by us
- Cooperate with us and our authorized service providers in the diagnosis and repair of the product
